Design Review Board

The Design Review Board (DRB) is a five-member volunteer body that is primarily responsible for reviewing site design, architectural design and landscaping for all public and private development applications except single family residences. All commercial and non-commercial signage is also subject to review. The Board uses adopted design guidelines to assess whether or not proposals meet certain aesthetic criteria deemed to be appropriate to retain the small town character of Langley.

The Design Review Board meets typically once per month in City Hall at 6:30 pm on the third Tuesday.
