Planning Advisory Board

The Planning Advisory Board (PAB) is a five-member volunteer body that functions as the City Council's primary resource for initiating, researching, reviewing and recommending action on land use-related activities. The Board's responsibilities extend to both quasi-judicial actions (applications such as subdivisions, conditional use permits and variances) and legislative work (comprehensive plans, development regulations and special projects).

The Planning Advisory Board meets in City Hall twice per month, at 4:00 pm on the second Wednesday and at 5:30 pm on the fourth Wednesday.
